By virtue of their qualifications, persons in the professions carry a high degree of responsibility in law to their clients. They have to measure to standards required by their professions.
The insured is indemnified against his legal liability for loss from any claim made against him arising out of an error omission or negligence on his part or on the part of his employees in the conduct of his profession which is committed during the period that the policy is in force.
